Shenyang Zone Adds Billion-Dollar Project: Heraeus Plant Fuels NE China's Smart Shift

Steel structure details (Fig1/3 bolt joints) ensure precision for high-end quartz production. The management committee announced this base will form a semiconductor materials cluster with neighbors, targeting ¥5 billion annual output to power Northeast China's revitalization through "Smart + Green" dual engines.
