Top-Loading Roof Revolutionizes Operations: Liaoning Granary Speeds Smart Transformation

The core technology of Liaoning Shenghongyun Granary – the roof hatch conveying system – has entered critical installation phase. As seen in Fig4: a giant silver funnel-shaped roof connects directly to silos via dense steel grids (Fig4 mesh structure), with precisely calculated slope angles enabling gravity-fed grain flow. The construction manager indicated aerial work platforms (Fig1/3): "Bolt hole tolerances for every beam-column joint must be under 2mm to sustain continuous vibration from automated grain conveyors."

Compared to traditional side-door silos, this design solves two critical pain points: dust pollution is eliminated via enclosed top-loading (validated by Fig4 airtight structure), while rail transport efficiency reaches 15 times manual labor.
